Kiki is not a ‘Happiness-Guru’. As she puts it “Life is far more complicated than living life…” as historian Simon Sharma recently added “… either with fatuous optimism or in helpless despair”. Kiki is very much focused on practical yet deeply effective strategies for supporting success in others.

For over 10 years Kiki has been a much sought after speaker, professional coach and mentor in addition to being a management consultant and a policy advisor for nearly 20 years to Government Departments and Commercial Companies.

Her expertise is based upon a lifetime of experience managing change, influencing policy and providing organisational management, consulting and non-exec expertise to organisations that include Southampton and South West Hampshire Health Authority, RBS/Nat West, SEEDA, Business Link, Barclays, Exxon Chemicals Ltd, Prowess, and the Learning and Skills Development Agency.

Kiki holds hold an EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) Level 7 Senior Practitioner Advanced Diploma (with distinction) in Professional Coach Mentoring from OCM/Oxford Brookes University, an MBA from the University of Warwick Business School, and a BSc (Joint Hons) from the University of Southampton.

Kiki Maurey is also a Board Member of the New Forest Business Partnership, and on the Coach Panel of the University of Warwick Business School providing career and leadership development support to MBA students on the Exec and distance learning programmes, as well as to WBS Alumni.
